Due Process-Related Special Education Therapy Services
Indigokinn provides special education therapy services arising from due process proceedings, including pendency, interim and final IHO orders, compensatory education award, and services delivered pursuant to settlement agreements . We support the following disciplines:
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
ABA services support functional communication, regulation, adaptive behavior, and skill acquisition related to educational participation, including academic-related goals. Services are aligned with existing educational programs and delivered in accordance with applicable service mandates.
Occupational Therapy (OT)
OT services focus on sensory processing, regulation, motor skills, and functional participation within educational routines. Services are coordinated with multidisciplinary teams to support consistency across settings.
Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
SLP services support functional communication, language development, and expressive and receptive skills. Services are integrated with existing educational and service plans.
How Services Are Delivered
Services are delivered by credentialed providers, including BCBAs, licensed occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, within a structured, case-based service model designed to support continuity, compliance, and clarity.
