Dr. Daou is a seasoned behavior analyst, researcher, and assistant professor with over 20 years of experience supporting children and adolescents across home, school, and research settings. She began her clinical work at NYS-certified nonpublic school for students with diverse learning needs and has since served in academic and leadership roles both nationally and internationally, including as a professor and clinical consultant. Dr. Daou specializes in developing and implementing individualized, data-driven ABA programs while providing thoughtful training and mentorship to staff and caregivers. Known for her clinical precision, collaborative approach, and deep compassion, she is committed to helping each child reach their unique set of goals to enhance quality of life.
Outside of work, Dr. Daou enjoys exploring Manhattan, walking, and spending time with her husband and son.

Odalis is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst dedicated to helping children build meaningful skills across home and school environments. With experience ranging from direct ABA therapy to case management and supervision, she develops individualized, data-informed treatment plans tailored to each child’s strengths and needs. Odalis has extensive experience in functional assessment, skill acquisition, parent training, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and values strong partnerships with families to support lasting progress.

Teri is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with extensive experience supporting children with diverse learning needs across school, home, and community settings.
She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis & Autism from Russell Sage College and a Master’s degree in Special Education from The City College of New York. She is also a professionally certified New York State Special Education Teacher.
Teri brings a collaborative, data-driven approach to her work, providing clinical supervision, individualized program development, and direct instructional support. Her professional background spans multiple service models including applied behavior analysis, special education, early intervention, SEIT, and SETSS, with a strong emphasis on skill acquisition and behavior support. She is passionate about partnering with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to create supportive, effective learning experiences that promote independence, confidence, and essential life skills. Teri’s professional philosophy is rooted in the belief that meaningful learning happens through active engagement. She prioritizes involvement, collaboration, and hands-on learning experiences. Her approach emphasizes individualized, evidence-based practices that support growth across settings, individuals, and environments.
Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling, running, reading, and writing. She also values spending quality time with family and friends, which helps her stay grounded and energized in both her personal and professional life.

Emily is a Speech-Language Pathologist at Indigokinn providing individualized home-based speech and language therapy for children and adolescents. She delivers evidence-based intervention in articulation, expressive and receptive language, social-pragmatic communication, AAC, and literacy, and brings extensive experience supporting students with autism and other developmental disabilities. Emily is known for her thoughtful, collaborative approach and her commitment to helping each child build meaningful communication skills.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys reading, cooking, crafting, yoga, and other forms of exercise!

Ariana is a New York–based licensed social worker and the founder of Indigokinn, a boutique agency providing due process–related special education therapy services across NYC. She leads the agency’s service delivery and oversight model for children and young adults, with a focus on provider recruitment, coordination with families, attorneys, and educational teams, and compliant documentation aligned with DOE and IHO requirements. Indigokinn delivers evidence-based ABA, speech, and occupational therapy through BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs, supporting functional communication, behavior regulation, adaptive skills, and academic participation across educational settings. In her spare time, Ariana enjoys photography, barre exercises, comedy, podcasts, concerts and live music, travel, thrifting, flower arranging, backgammon, cooking healthy recipes, and spending time with her friends, family, and puppy Dov.

Dov is our Morale Officer who keeps the team energized through daily walks, frequent movement breaks, and enthusiastic companionship. In his spare time he enjoys frisbee, fetch, running, puzzles, vigilant window patrols, tug of war, playdates with his best friend Rusty James, watching cartoons, and expressing his quirky personality through greeting everyone in the neighborhood.
