Ariana is a New York–based licensed social worker and the founder of Indigokinn, a boutique agency providing due process–related special education therapy services across NYC. She leads the agency’s service delivery and oversight model for children and young adults, with a focus on provider recruitment, coordination with families, attorneys, and educational teams, and compliant documentation aligned with DOE and IHO requirements. Indigokinn delivers evidence-based ABA, speech, and occupational therapy through BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs, supporting functional communication, behavior regulation, adaptive skills, and academic participation across educational settings. Outside of work, Ariana enjoys photography, barre exercises, comedy, podcasts, concerts and live music, travel, thrifting, flower arranging, backgammon, cooking healthy recipes, and spending time with her friends, family, and puppy Dov.
